Air Brake Fttings

ADVANTAGES : Easy to assemble. Do not require flaring, soldering or special preparation. Manufactured from CA 360, CA 345 or CA 377 brass.

APPLICATIONS : Use with copper tubing in air brake system.

TEMPERATURE RANGE : -65° F to + 250° F at maximum operating pressures.

To Assemble :

1. Cut smooth, square end on tubing.
2. Slide nut, then sleeve, onto tube; threads must face end..
3. Insert tube into fitting.
4. Thread nut onto fitting until snug, then as follows : for 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2” 2 more turns for 5/8” and 3/4” 3 more turns.
